Terms of Use
Snuser is an app for adult users. Snuser does not sell nicotine products, process purchases, or enable purchases of nicotine products.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using Snuser, you accept these Terms of Use and Snuser's Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the app.
2. Age requirement
Snuser is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are permitted to use the app under the laws of the country where you are located.
3. Purpose of the app
Snuser is a product catalog, logging app, and social review app for snus, nicotine pouches, and related products. The app is intended for information, personal notes, reviews, and community features. Snuser does not sell nicotine products, tobacco products, or snus, broker purchases, or enable purchases. The app must not be used as medical, legal, or purchasing advice.
4. Accounts and sign-in
Some features require an account. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and for all activity on your account. You must not lend, sell, or transfer your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Snuser at snuser.app@gmail.com.
5. User content
You may create and upload content, including product logs, ratings, reviews, comments, replies, profile information, images, and lists. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to publish it.
You retain your rights to content you create, but grant Snuser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to store, display, adapt, moderate, and technically make the content available to the extent required to operate and improve the app.
6. Prohibited content and behavior
You must not use Snuser to publish, distribute, or promote:
- illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content,
- spam, fraud, misleading information, or manipulation of ratings and statistics,
- content directed at minors or that makes nicotine products attractive to minors,
- content that encourages harmful or excessive nicotine use,
- the sale, purchase, brokering, or distribution of nicotine products, tobacco products, or snus,
- material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
7. Moderation, reporting, and blocking
Snuser may use automated and manual moderation tools to protect users, comply with law, and meet platform requirements. Users may report profiles, logs, comments, replies, and problems in the app. Users may also block other users. Blocking and reporting may affect visibility, contact, and interactions in the app.
Snuser may review, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts where we determine that the terms, law, platform requirements, or community safety require it. Snuser may also restrict, suspend, or delete accounts in cases of misuse.
8. Product catalog and information
Product names, images, strength, flavor, GTIN, descriptions, ratings, and other catalog information may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for checking information on product packaging, with manufacturers, or with the relevant authority. Snuser does not guarantee that a product is legal, available, accurately described, or suitable for you.
9. Sharing, ads, and third-party services
If you share content with another app, such as Snapchat, any further processing is handled by that third party under its terms. Snuser is not responsible for how other platforms display, store, or use content that you choose to share.
Snuser may display ads through third-party providers, such as Google AdMob. Ads may be subject to consent and privacy choices in the app or in device settings where those choices are available.
10. Availability and changes
Snuser is provided as is. The app may contain bugs, interruptions, delays, inaccurate information, or features that change over time. Snuser may change, pause, add, or remove features at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Snuser is not liable for indirect damages, financial loss, data loss, missed notifications, inaccurate product information, service interruptions, account problems, user content, third-party services, or decisions you make based on information in the app.
You are not entitled to financial compensation for app interruptions, data loss, inaccurate catalog information, missed notifications, moderation decisions, account restrictions, or similar events, to the extent such a limitation is permitted by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Intellectual property
Snuser owns or licenses the app's name, design, code, interface, compilations, trademarks, and other material that is not user content or third-party property. You must not copy, scrape, sell, modify, or reuse the app's content or technology outside normal app use without written permission.
13. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using Snuser at any time and request account deletion in the app or by emailing snuser.app@gmail.com. Snuser may terminate or restrict an account for violations of the terms, security risks, misuse, or legal requirements.
14. Changes to these terms
Snuser may update these terms. For material changes, notice may be provided in the app or through another reasonable channel. Continued use after changes take effect means that you accept the updated version.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Swedish law, excluding choice-of-law rules that would lead to another law. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting Snuser. Contact: snuser.app@gmail.com.
